Waited for 4 hours & no show so tried to call but only answering machine. A week later received a call late Saturday saying they'll come by Sunday between 9am - 1 pm. They assured me that he would call me.  I followed up repeatedly, and received the same assurance - but nothing.  On my final contact, they offered to send a new estimator to my house - what kind of service is that? I had used this company once previously, and the service was fine - that's why I contacted them for a new job.  How could they change so radically in just a few years?
