This is the fourth time we have used Rooted Tree Services to thin out or remove our huge trees, and once again, they did an excellent job from start to finish. The entire crew is hardworking, professional, and extremely careful around our property. They take great care to avoid any damage and always do a thorough job of cleaning everything up when they are finished. Their pricing is also very fair, which is another reason we have continued to use them over the years. We have always found Rooted Tree Services to be reliable, professional, and committed to doing quality work. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a tree service. Seven years ago we hired Rooted Tree Services and we were more than pleased with their work, their ethics and how quickly and compently they cleaned the work site as though it was their own property. I know arborists are expensive but I totally agree with their price. I'd rather pay now than a fallen tree lawsuit later. Rooted has been servicing our buildings for as long as I can remember and have been nothing but amazing. They respond to urgent calls very quickly - even at 9pm on a Friday night when a tree fell down onto one of our buildings. Called on a Monday & appointment set up for Saturday between 9am - 1pm. Waited for 4 hours & no show so tried to call but only answering machine. Rooted Tree Services responded quickly to an after-hours call about a large uprooted tree on our property (in comparison, a number of other local companies whose websites advertised 24/7 emergency tree removal did not respond to our call until the next business day). For weeks I contacted the head office to follow up on an estimator that came to my house.  They assured me that he would call me.  I followed up repeatedly, and received the same assurance - but nothing.  On my final contact, they offered to send a new estimator to my house - what kind of service is that? I had used this company once previously, and the service was fine - that's why I contacted them for a new job.  How could they change so radically in just a few years?
