Homeowners frequently require arborist reports to satisfy the requirements of local tree bylaws. In fact, homeowners looking to remove a tree, build a new house, construct an addition, build a pool, implement any other construction activity, or simply remove a tree for aesthetic reasons usually require tree preservation plans and/or a tree cutting permit to injure or remove trees. For example, in Toronto a permit is required to remove any tree of 30cm diameter or more. But in Mississauga, you are currently allowed to remove up to four trees of any diameter in a calendar year.
At Rooted Tree Services we are familiar with all of the local bylaws and our qualified arborists can assess your situation and help you quickly navigate the process and provide any necessary arborist reports, including:

ALWAYS INSIST ON A QUALIFIED AND INSURED ARBORIST! Some of the work performed in arboriculture is very hazardous, and should only be conducted by experienced arborists, with the proper training, and equipment. |

Did you know the homeowner is responsible for accidents that happen on your property? This is why you should always ask to see your arborist’s Proof of Insurance Certificate and WSIB Clearance Certificate. |
