ESSENTIAL SERVICE DESIGNATION: Rooted Tree Services is deemed an essential service under the recent Ontario government legislation amendment. As described in the new list, tree pruning and tree removal services are essential for the safety of commercial, residential and industrial property. ESTIMATING PROCEDURES: We are all striving to do our part to protect our community, our clients and our crew from the spread of Covid-19. As part of this effort, Rooted Tree Services has new procedures in place for the estimating process. Once job details have been given to the office and an estimate has been booked, the Arborist will arrive at your property and call you for additional direction on the tree/trees in question. The Arborist will complete the inspection and call you again while on site to recommend how to proceed and discuss a quote. A written quote will then be left in the mailbox or e-mailed to you as you prefer.
CREW ON SITE PROCEDURES: Rooted Tree Services will contact you with a projected arrival time the day before work commences on your property. Once the crew is on site, they will call
you to inform you that they have arrived and are starting the tree removal or pruning. When work is completed, an Arborist will call you to come out and inspect the work to ensure you are satisfied. Please keep a distance of at least 6’ from the crew at all times. Once you have inspected the work, please have payment ready as previously discussed with the Arborist and/or the office.
